Easy Chicken Broccoli Cheese Soup

What does every busy mom want for dinner….something quick, easy and “home-made”.

If you’ve read very many of my recipes, you know I don’t use a lot of “convenience” foods.  I prefer to make things from “scratch”, but adding chicken, extra cheese and sour cream to this prepackaged Broccoli Cheese Soup makes a hardy, delicious dinner in under thirty minutes.  Using rotisserie chicken made preparation even easier AND helped me use up some “left overs” in the refrigerator.  On a busy day…it just doesn’t get much better than that!
