Family Movie Night with Papa John’s
This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of Papa John’s. Papa John’s provided the pizza featured in this conversation to me free-of-charge. The opinions and text are all mine.
As a food blogger (and mom) I spend a lot of time cooking. I usually don’t mind but there’s some days we just need to order in….and that often means one of America’s favorite foods—pizza. And since we’re going to eat pizza, we choose quality ingredients.
Our favorite time to order pizza is family movie night! Planning a family night used to be easy, but now that our children are older and involved in more “outside the home” activities it takes a little more effort. We “plan” a family movie night almost every Friday night because we understand the importance of spending time together.
Pizza is the ONLY meal we eat in front of the TV. Any time ordering pizza is mentioned on a “non-movie” night immediately someone says, “What are we watching?” I guess we’re that predictable.
We even have special “pizza” plates. As you can tell, they’ve gotten A LOT of use.
When we order pizza it’s often Papa John’s. We love Papa John’s and appreciate better ingredients.
We enjoy the convenience of ordering online.
Because we all like something different, we usually get a little help with the ordering.
We always find it hard to choose. Will it be the Tuscan Six Cheese? Probably the best cheese pizza EVER!
Or will it be Thin Crust Pepperoni? Seriously, the most pepperoni I’ve ever seen on one pizza. Literally, pepperoni in every bite.
But we can’t forget about the Create Your Own….what about half chicken and bacon and half Hawaiian?
Why not all three…and throw in some Cheesesticks while you’re at it!
We may have gone a little overboard. Actually, we like to order a little extra so we can have some for lunch the next day. (Ok, sometimes breakfast)
Another thing we love about Papa John’s is the little “extras”. You know, like their signature Garlic Sauce! It’s a blend of oils and spices that perfectly complements their crust. Sometimes when you’ve gotten down to the crust and finished off the last bite of the “good stuff” you’re temped to leave the crust, but knowing you have Garlic Sauce makes the crust just as special as the middle.
My husband appreciates the pepperoncini peppers, grown and sourced in the Mediterranean region.
We’re big fans of sauce and always order with extra sauce! Papa John’s makes their sauce from carefully grown, vine-ripe tomatoes that go from vine to can in about six hours. You can’t get much fresher than that!
Nothing like a good family movie night and some Papa John’s pizza!
Sorry, Cocoa…none for the doggies.
Thanks Papa John’s for a great family movie night and wonderful pizza with better ingredients!
Papa John’s knows that, for you, it’s not just a better pizza. It’s a family movie night, family gathering, memorable birthday, work celebration or simply a great meal—and it’s their goal to make sure you always have the best ingredients for every moment.

Oh, I used to love getting pizza from Papa John’s! There used to be one right down the street from us. I don’t know where the nearest one is now, but I miss the pizza!

We love pizza nights but, don’t have a Papa Johns nearby. Great to see how good the pizza is. Might be an option when traveling this summer. Tried to comment on Tap Influence comment but, not sure that it worked.
