Mamma Chia Organic Vitality Beverages
Anyone who knows me or has read very many of the recipes here probably realizes I’m not a very “healthy” eater. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not opposed to eating healthy and I am aware of the importance, but I sometimes struggle when it comes to making healthy choices. So I was really excited to be able to try the new Vitality Snacks and Beverages and give this Mamma Chia Review and Giveaway. They are loaded with nutrients, taste good and are convenient!
The main ingredient in these beverages and snacks is Chia Seeds. In case you aren’t familiar, Chia Seeds are rich in Omega-3’s, antioxidants, protein, and fiber. In short, they put the “super” in Super Food! How so much good stuff can be packed into such a tiny seed is amazing to me.
Now that we are “back to school” the busyness is really picking up and making healthy choices seems to be even harder. I get very tired about mid-afternoon and often need a little “pick-me-up”.
Mamma Chia Vitality Snacks are the perfect solution. Organic chia seeds are infused with delicious fruits and vegetables to create a convenient, fun and tasty snack for active people of all ages. Packed with all natural ingredients, they give a little boost of energy without the “jitters” and helped tide me over until dinner. Much better than reaching for a handful of chips or cookies!
I will give one word of “warning”. If you’ve never had chia seeds, the texture takes a little getting used to. The beverages and snacks have a thicker than normal (for a drink) texture but that is part of what makes it seem more like a snack.
The Chia Squeezes come in six different flavors and the small size makes them convenient for on the go kids or busy moms. Just take a look at all the wonderful things contained in such a small pouch….
