No Bake Snickers Pie

Need a cool, refreshing, easy end of the Summer dessert? No Bake Snicker Pie!

It’s perfect and just happens to include my favorite candy bar! It can be whipped up at the last minute and only needs about an hour in the refrigerator before serving. What’s not to love about that?
Here’s the Recipe:
- 1 prepared chocolate cookie pie crust
- 8 oz cream cheese – softened
- 1/2 cup dulce de leche
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 8 oz tub whipped topping (Cool Whip) – thawed
- 3 Snicker candy bars or 1 bag Snicker Bites
- 1/4 cup peanuts
- Optional: melted chocolate for drizzling

Start by chopping candy bars and peanuts

Drizzle 2 Tablespoons dulce de leche into bottom of pie crust
*Dulce de leche can be heated in the microwave to allow it to drizzle more easily
Sprinkle half the chopped peanuts over the dulce de leche
Set aside

Beat powdered sugar and cream cheese until smooth
Add 1/4 cup dulce de leche and beat again until smooth

Add whipped topping to mixture and beat until creamy and fluffy

Fold in about 2 of the chopped Snickers
Pour into the pie crust

Drizzle with remaining dulce de leche and chocolate, if using
Top with remaining Snickers and chopped peanuts

Refrigerate about 1 hour before serving
*Can also be made in individual graham cracker pie crusts*
