White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies
Yesterday was NATIONAL COOKIE DAY and I missed it! Agh! How could this happen? Thankfully, my daughters and I have been baking cookies all week! We baked cookies to eat while decorating our tree, a family tradition. Baked more to take to our first Christmas party last night and these White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies were taken with dinner to a family who just had twins! Sometimes these things just work out.

So, back to the White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies….
They are OH.SO.DELLICIOUS! Although not very thick, they’re still just the right amount of chewy. Don’t tell anyone, but we tried a little of the dough (yes, we eat raw cookie dough) and OH.MY.GOONESS! It was amazing! Personally, I think it was the combination of dark brown sugar and the creamy, vanilla-flavored NESTLE® TOLLHOUSE Premier White Morsels. We were so happy it made 2 1/2 dozen so we could give plenty away and have a few left for ourselves.

Here’s the Recipe:
- 3/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 egg – room temp
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup NESTLE® TOLLHOUSE Premier White Morsels
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Stir together flour, salt, and baking soda
In large mixing bowl, beat together butter, sugar, egg and vanilla
Add flour mixture and beat just until combined
Stir in White Morsels and cranberries
Line baking sheet with parchment paper
Using 1″ cookie scoop, scoop dough onto baking pan about 2″ apart
Bake 12-15 minutes
Allow to cool on baking sheet a couple of minutes before removing to wire rack to finish cooling

Yum! I love white chocolate and cranberries. I bet these cookies have a ton of flavor!
