Ok, show of hands…..who loves cooking but doesn’t enjoy the time it takes to plan meals and go to the grocery store?

What if you could find a gourmet meal, click a button and have EVERYTHING you need to prepare that meal delivered to your door within 24-48 hours?  Wouldn’t that be SWEET?!

That’s exactly what Kyle Ransford thought one day.  A year later, Chef’d was born.

Chef’d is a meal kit company like no other.  There’s no subscription required so you can re-order your favorites as often as you like.  It really is as easy as clicking a button.  You can choose meals for 2 or 4 people and select the date you want them to arrive.  Prep times and skill levels are given for each meal, which allows you to choose those that fit with your schedule best.  They have great email updates keeping you up to date on your package’s shipping and arrival.

Your meals arrive in a box that was just about as cold as my refrigerator.  The ingredients were really fresh…seriously, like I had picked them up at the grocery store that day.

The ingredients for each meal are conveniently wrapped together and clearly labeled.  The only thing I had to provide was water, a little oil and some salt and pepper.

Great, but I’m not a “gourmet chef”…you might be saying.  Don’t worry, you don’t need to be!  Literally, EVERYTHING you need and easy to follow, step by step instructions come with each meal.

They even give you directions on how to juggle making more than one dish at a time.  They have the timing down to a science so everything can be ready at the same time.

With over 300 meals to choose from I had a hard time deciding which ones to try.

I finally decided on the Beef Bourguingon with Mashed Potatoes and Herbed Green Beans for 4….

and the Southern Shrimp Scampi with Herbed Kale Rice for 2.  Both were delicious!

Sound like something you’d like to try?  Chef’d is giving a $25 Gift Card to one of my readers!  This would be a great way to try it yourself or give as a gift to a friend.  Either way, be sure to enter….
