The older I get, the faster the time seems to go by. 2015 has come and gone and it’s time to take a look at what went well. Today, I’m counting down the 5 most viewed posts of 2015….

This is one of my favorite appetizers and super popular around the holidays. Thanks to a recent surge in page views from “googling” questions about sausage balls, this recipe comes in at #4. What do people want to know about them? Can they be reheated? The answer….. YES, just put them in the crock pot on low (turn them to “keep warm” once they’re hot) and they’ll say warm to snack on all day.
Snickers Mini Cheesecakes…. Oh.My.Goodness! These are perfect for anyone who loves cheesecake but is a little intimidated about making it. They bake quickly and are Oh.So.Delicious! Bonus, they look pretty, too!

I have to be completely honest, this one has been quite a surprise. Really, the pictures arent’ that great and it’s just a jar of sauce dumped over some pasta, topped with cheese and baked a few minutes. But, it is good and the perfect easy meal for a weeknight dinner.

This has been my #1 most viewed post everyday for over a year and a half now. It’s received over 1.7 MILLION page views! Again, a HUGE surprise!
It was thrown together one night when I had chicken thawed for dinner and no idea what to do with it. I finally decided on a recipe we love that used bone-in chicken but I figured I could substitute the boneless I had thawed. That recipe is topped with sour cream and almonds…. which I realized (after I started) I didn’t have either. What I did have was Asiago cheese and bacon…. close enough, right? I hadn’t been blogging long so I was taking pictures of every food I cooked. A couple of week later I edited the photos but had nothing really to say about it so they just sat in the folder on my compter. A few weeks after that, it was posted hastily with only a few words of explanation…
